Agree to the Terms of Service and click [Agree and sign up for membership]. Enter the membership information and click the [Sign up for membership] button to complete membership subscription.

4. Why do I need to enter my email address for a membership account?The Email address you enter when signing up for membership is used as ID when you log in. An email regarding the membership subscription guide will be sent to the entered email address, and when you request a password change, you will receive an email regarding the password change to that email address.
5. Can one person sign up for membership with more than one email addresses?
One person can create different accounts using multiple email addresses. However, each email address represents a different account. Therefore, the membership information, service use history, download history, and content purchase history are managed separately for each account.
6. Can I sign up for membership again using the same email address after cancelling my membership?
You can sign up for the membership again using the same email address after cancelling your membership. However, all membership information, service use history, download history, and purchase history will be deleted at the time of cancellation, and content created by you such as product reviews or comments will not be deleted. Additionally, when you sign up for membership again using the email address as before cancellation, you are subscribed as a new user, so the previous download history, purchase history, and membership information cannot be used.
7. I want to retrieve my password.
You can find your password by using the ‘Password Loss’ button on the Login page.

2) A password initialization link will be sent to the registered email address.
3) Click [Password initialization link] in the email and change your password.
8. How can I change my membership information?
Click the [Lock-shaped icon] at the top of INNOIO web site and log in. Click the [Person-shaped icon] at the top of the log in screen to access My Page. You can change the information from the Modify Personal Information menu on My Page.

10. Where can I cancel my membership?
Click the [Lock-shaped icon] at the top of INNOIO web site and log in. Click the [Person-shaped icon] at the top of the log in screen to access My Page. You can withdraw your membership from Withdrawal of Membership on My Page.
11. What do I need to pay attention to when withdrawing from membership?
When you withdraw from membership, you will be withdrawn from all services, and the purchase history and benefits will be deleted accordingly. If there is an ongoing order, replacement or return item or outstanding balance, withdrawal may be restricted.

Is an accredited certificate required for making a payment of over 300
Yes, in such a case you must make a payment with an accredited certificate.
1. When I enter a promotional code while making a payment
The coupon may be expired or you may have entered an incorrect promotional code.
it says the code is invalid.
If a promotional code has been lost or damaged, it cannot not be restored. Keep it with care.

3. What if a gift from a special event is defective?If the gift you received is defective, contact the customer center (1661-2180). We will collect the defective gift and replace it with a new one.
4. Is there an expiration date for a gift event?The expiration date varies according to the details of each gift event.

When a product is handed over to a shipping company, shipping information will be sent by SMS.
2. What if the product has been damaged or the product quantity is different than I ordered?
If the product has been damaged or the product quantity is different than what you ordered, when you receive the product, contact the customer center (1661-2180).

1. How can I replace or refund a product after the ordered product has been delivered?Please, contact the customer center (1661-2180). The business hours of the customer center are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Are there cases where a product cannot be replaced or refunded?A product cannot be replaced or refunded in the following cases: 1) If a product has been lost or damaged due to a reason attributable to the customer (however, damaging the packaging in order to check the contents of the product simply is excluded) 2) If the product value has decreased significantly due to the use of product by the customer 3) In the case of a packaged product, if the product value has decreased significantly due to opening, installation, or use of some products ※ Especially, if the product box has been damaged or the plastic wrap inside the box has been opened, the product cannot be replaced or refunded. Make sure to check the compatibility of a product before placing an order. 4) If time has passed and the product value has dropped to the extent that it is likely impossible to sell the product again 5) In the case of a product which can be reproduced, if the packaging of the original product has been damaged 6) If a customer asks for the replacement for the sole reason that they no longer want the product even though the contents of the product are same as the contents of the labeling, advertisement, and agreement and there is no defect in the product 7) If it falls under the reasons for restriction of exchange or return provided by relevant laws such as Act On The Consumer Protection In Electronic Commerce, Etc.

4. I cancelled my order but the credit card payment has not been cancelled. What do I need to do?The cancellation of credit card sales can be received immediately but the refund may take 3 to 5 days (the period required for a refund may vary according to the terms and conditions of the credit card company).
